Dealing with change is an underdeveloped skill for most of us. In an intense, 1- to 2-hour program, you can overcome your fear of or difficulty with change and begin to see it as a welcome part of your job and life.

Make board meetings something you look forward to, by building strong connections and good communication pathways. Identify the roadblocks in your decision-making process, and give your people tools to increase your effectiveness as an organization.

So many of the issues we create around diversity and stereotypes come from a lifetime of cultural knowledge that we can begin to change only when we really examine and understand them.

However, no matter how hard you try to resist it, change continues to happen in the world around us and and it effects you. We combine years of dealing with change in the corporate and non-profit sectors with a card game called FLUXX to challenge you. In an intense 1-2 hour program you can overcome your fears or difficulties with change and begin to see it as just another part of your job, or life. With this new perspective, the unexpected changes in life become part of the fun.

Full of Hot Air: Business & Bull through the art of Balloons
We have to stop taking our selves so seriously. It is because we take ourselves so seriously that we think that our work is vital to the survival of humanity and then we become so obsessed with getting it done that we forget to do it right. When it doesn't get done right then we have to do it over or lie about it and the stress just keeps getting worse. Slowing down, taking a breath and remembering to take the time to get it done right the first time lowers stress, increases personal satisfaction, and makes our work environment productive, positive and profitable. But to get there it first has to be playful. Get rid of the bull, and business will be better.

Other Non-Profit Courses:

Finding the FUN in Fundraising
Learn how to raise more money, more effectively, by enjoying yourself in the process. You'd be surprised at how much more successful you will be at developing the financial foundation to get the work done when you give yourself permission to enjoy the work.

“It was a fun way to get my staff up, moving, communicating, and finding out how best to work as a group, with some pitfalls to look out for along the way. Perfect training, as it was hands-on and had a play focus!”
